ON SET SAFETY PROTOCOL

  • Setup Safety Stations in each work area (see below)
  • Everyone is required to wear a mask at all times while on set
  • Anyone coming in contact with the model must be wearing gloves
  • Encourage everyone to wear gloves (see info below)
  • The studio must have adequate ventilation. If you feel it doesn't get a VFX Rental Fan and set it to low to create better ventilation. Choose larger studios or locations where no smaller spaces are used for the health and safety of all.
  • For optimal safety use a certified air sanitizer in each work area
  • Limit production size, clients on set, use only essential crew.
  • Setup a live Zoom link to the set for any client that would like to oversee the production. This can be done with a laptop and an external camera that is mounted to oversee the digital tech workspace.
  • Create an open Zoom call so clients can see what is being captured and comment or text the photographer.
  • Limit production size. Productions should have a maximum of 10 people in the studio's general area at any point in time.
  • Cast and crew encourage to wash hands throughout the day
  • We encourage everyone to. wear gloves as this has proven to make people more aware of touching their face when in a group setting.
  • Mandatory hand washing signs should be posted in bathrooms.
  • Spot check bathrooms to ensure anti-bacterial soap, paper towels and disposable wipes used to sanitize.
  • If the bathroom has multiple sinks tape off every other sink so that social distancing can be observed when washing hands.
